Eligibility

To be eligible for this Sweepstakes (an "Eligible Player") you must meet all of the following requirements:

1. You must be a UTour Golf Basic or Player's Club member. If you do not currently have a UTour Golf account, you can create a Basic Account for free by visiting www.utourGolf.com and following the instructions. After you have created a Basic Account, or if you currently have a Basic Account, you can also upgrade to a Player's Club Account by logging in and following the instructions at https://www1.skillground.com/sg/depositMain.do. A Player's Club Account is not required to enter this Sweepstakes;
2. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years old;
3. You must be a resident of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico), Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec), or the United Kingdom.
4. You must NOT be an employee of, live with an employee of, or be an immediate family member of an employee of, GMI Technology Limited or its affiliates (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Sponsors"), or of SI.com, a division of Time Inc., or its affiliates, and each of their respective advertising and promotional agencies for this Sweepstakes;
5. You must comply with all of the instructions and requirements of these Sweepstakes Rules.

You are not eligible to win any of the prizes in this Sweepstakes if you do not meet all of the above requirements.

Your participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to these Sweepstakes Rules and the Sweepstakes Sponsors' decisions, which are binding and final in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

How to Enter

Between 12:01 a.m. EST on Monday, December 3rd, 2007 and 11:59 p.m. EST on Wednesday, December 12th, 2007 (the "Sweepstakes Period"), there will be a series of free-entry and cash-entry Tournaments, each identified as "SI.com Open" (each, a "Qualifying Tournament") in the Tournament Lobby of UTour Golf available at www.utourGolf.com. To enter the Sweepstakes, you must complete at least one game (each, a "Qualifying Game") in any of the Qualifying Tournaments during the Sweepstakes Period. You will receive one (1) entry (a "Ballot") into a random draw (the "Random Draw", as described below) for each Qualifying Game you complete during the Sweepstakes Period. Free-entry Qualifying Tournaments will be available throughout the entire Sweepstakes Period in the Tournament Lobby. You are not required to make a purchase or pay any fees to enter the Sweepstakes.

The Prize

Following the end of the Sweepstakes Period, a representative of the Sweepstakes Sponsor will conduct a random draw from all Ballots received and select one Ballot for the Prize. The Eligible Player associated with the selected Ballot will, subject to these Sweepstakes Rules, receive the following prize (the "Prize"):

• Roundtrip coach airfare for the winner and his/her guest from a major commercial airport in the continental United States nearest to winner's primary residence to Kahului Airport, Maui, Hawaii;
• Six nights double occupancy hotel accommodations at the Hyatt Regency Maui Hotel
• One Adventure snorkeling excursion for winner and guest
• One Adventure Biking tour for winner and guest
• One Compact Car Rental for 7 days (Selection of the car model for car rental portion of the prize is at the sole discretion of Ka'anapali Beach Resorts). Winner must be a licensed driver and agree to sign and to abide by car rental agency's requirements

The Prize will be awarded as a voucher(s) and the winner will need to contact the Ka'anapali Beach Resort Association to make all travel arrangements which must be taken within 12 months from the date of prize notification.

Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary including same departure and return dates. Travel arrangements must be made through Ka'anapali Beach Resorts' agent. Advance booking, blackout dates and restrictions apply. Availability is subject to factors such as weather, seasonality, and space availability. If, for any reason, the winner (or guest) cannot travel after all travel arrangements are made, none of Kan'anapali Beach Resorts, the Sweepstakes Sponsors, or SI.com will have any further obligations to the winner and/or guest. If weather affects the ability for the winner and guest to redeem any portion of the Prize during the scheduled date and time, then none of Ka'anapali Beach Resorts, the Sweepstakes Sponsors, or SI.com will have any further obligations to the winner and quest other than to supply the remaining elements of the Prize minus the unused portion of the Prize.

Winner's guest must be 21 years or older unless winner is a parent or legal guardian of the guest. Guest must complete and return a liability/publicity/travel release and acknowledgment form prior to travel.

The winner and his/her guest are solely responsible for (i) any and all federal, state, local and provincial sales and income taxes associated with the Prize, (ii) any service charges, taxes, health insurance, cancellation insurance, car rental insurance, meals, personal expenses, incidentals, gratuities, or any other incurred fees or expenses not specifically included as part of the Prize, and (iii) any transportation to and from the continental U.S. major commercial airport referenced above and any costs associated with travel to and from such airport.

The winner may be required to furnish his or her social security number for the sole purpose of preparation of any tax forms as required by law. The winner and his/her guest must be legally able to travel to, from, and within the United States. Any necessary travel documentation such as valid passports, photo I.D., and entry visas are the sole responsibility of the winner and his/her guest.

The approximate retail value of the Prize is $7,000.00 USD.

The odds of winning the Prize depend on the number of Ballots in the Random Draw. Sweepstakes Sponsors are unaware of how many Ballots there may be.

The Prize is not transferable. No substitutions or cash redemptions are allowed for the Prize.

Requirements for the Winner

The Eligible Player who has been selected for the Prize (the "winner") must meet ALL of the following requirements (the "Prize Award Requirements") before being awarded the Prize:

1. The winner must first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question devised by the Sweepstakes Sponsors;
2. The winner may be provided with a release and acknowledgment form which he/she will be required to sign and return to the Sweepstakes Sponsors before being awarded the Prize;
3. The winner may be required to provide documentation satisfactory to the Sweepstakes Sponsors verifying that he/she has reached the required age to participate in this Sweepstakes and that he or she is otherwise an Eligible Player. These documents must be government-issued identification that shows the winner's name and age, or such other documents which the Sweepstakes Sponsors deem to be satisfactory to confirm that the winner is an Eligible Player. By way of example, this could include the winner's driver's license or passport. If a winner cannot provide these documents proving he/she is an Eligible Player, he/she will forfeit the Prize; and
4. The winner may be required to verify his/her identity by providing proof that he/she is the authorized holder of the UTour Golf account associated with the e-mail address registered to that UTour Golf account.

The winner will be contacted by the e-mail address associated with his/her UTour Golf account within one week of the completion of the Sweepstakes Period. If the winner cannot be reached by Friday, December 21st, 2007 or if the winner declines the Prize or does not meet all of the above Prize Award Requirements within a reasonable period (as determined by the Sweepstakes Sponsors), another Ballot will be selected for the Prize ("Alternate Winner"). If the Alternate Winner cannot be reached by Friday, December 28th, 2007 or the Alternate Winner declines the Prize or does not meet all of the above Prize Award Requirements within a reasonable period (as determined by the Sweepstakes Sponsors), the Prize will not be awarded.

General

The Sweepstakes Sponsors' rulings are final and without appeal in all matters related to the Sweepstakes and the awarding of the Prize.

By participating in this Sweepstakes, each Eligible Player consents to the use of the his/her name, image, likeness, voice, username, gameplay data, city, state and country of residence, and other biographical materials, for the Sweepstakes Sponsors' advertising, publicity and promotion purposes without territorial, time or use limitations, including without limitation online announcements, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winners consent to their photograph being taken by Sweepstakes Sponsors for such use, without further compensation.

All entries become the property of the Sweepstakes Sponsors who assume no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for failure of the Web site during the Sweepstakes Period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e mail or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an Eligible Player's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the Sweepstakes. Eligible Players are encouraged to visit www.utourGolf.com at least half-an-hour prior to the Sweepstakes Period to ensure that they have the software required to play a Qualifying Game to enter this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Sponsors take no responsibility for lost, misdirected, late or destroyed entries, or for typographical or other production errors.

The Sweepstakes Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes in whole or in part, or to amend these Sweepstakes Rules, if for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned. Any attempt to deliberately damage any Web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Sweepstakes Sponsors reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.

This Sweepstakes will be run in accordance with these Sweepstakes Rules, subject to amendment by Sweepstakes Sponsors. Eligible Players must comply with these rules, and through their participation in the Sweepstakes will be deemed to declare that he or she has fully complied with and agrees to be bound by these Sweepstakes Rules and agrees, on behalf of himself/herself and his or her heirs, executors and administrators to release the Sweepstakes Sponsor and its affiliates, agencies, and/or representatives from any and all liability, claims and demands arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or of the awarding or use of the Prizes described herein.

These Sweepstakes Rules shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable jurisdictional laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
